“What do I reveal by the choices I make?”

I encourage you to read this Lenten reflection from Ave Maria Press’s 40 Days of Soup:

Lenten Recipe and Reflection March 10 | Ave Maria Press.

The closing really got me thinking…

In the temptations that come our way in life, we are presented with the same choice that confronted Jesus. During this Lent ask yourself, “What do I reveal by the choices I make?”

What do I reveal about myself by the choices I make? I’d like to think that my choices reveal that God and family are central to my existence, but do my choices really reveal that? I need to revisit our family’s mission statement and see how I’m measuring up.

What about you…what do your choices reveal about you? Please feel free to share your responses in the Comments below.

God bless!

Bethany

P.S. The chicken soup recipe sounds pretty yummy, too!
